Ratings and reviews

This app is a must have when using RVTD transportation, I don't know what i ever did without it! There are a ton of helpful features; being able to pick arrival and departure times in the future as well as choosing the latest possible bus ride for any bus line. The app works alongside Google Maps for a fast, convenient and intuitive approach to planning out any trips you may be taking in the future. It gets a ton of thumbs up from me!!!!

Works as intended. Would be nice to have live bus routes integrated. The payment tracking needs work. It shows the first swipe of the day, but on the second swipe it charges for an upgrade to a day pass, but there isn't a payment record for the second swipe in Ride History or passes. So it would be hard to show a receipt for a full amount if needed.

Out of date bus schedules so I can't trust it fully. It's like it's last to know of any service updates. Have to check any of its suggested routes against Google maps. Crashes constantly so I can't access my bus pass. This week alone I have had to uninstall and reinstall the app twice. Luckily the driver lets me on as long as I scan when I get off... Granted the app does it's job by then. So stressful and I wish I could just have a physical pass in my wallet but it's more expensive to do that
