RMVgo - The app for your easy mobility.

On your marks, get set, go! With RMVgo you plan your easy mobility in the Rhine-Main area.

So you can be on the go easily, quickly and without cash. Enter your desired destination and have the current connection information for bus and train displayed directly from your location. With just one click you can orientate yourself on the map view. If necessary, you can combine your connection with sharing offers or have a footpath displayed. Real-time data with current traffic reports and load forecasts help you plan the best route.

The appropriate RMV ticket will be displayed to you directly. Single tickets, day tickets, weekly, monthly and annual tickets for adults and children as well as group day tickets, the Hessenticket, the RMV SparPass and the Deutschlandticket can be purchased in RMVgo.

That's how it works:

• Install RMVgo on your smartphone, allow notifications and access to your location.
• Enter start and destination, display connection information and select the desired travel route.
• Book the right RMV ticket directly via the ticket recommendations.
• Payment at any time, easily and without cash: via PayPal even without registration.
• Set up push notifications for delay alerts or timetable changes.
• Activate favorites for frequently used connections.

Click on "More" and you will find, among other things, additional functionalities:

• Login with your myRMV user account.
• Management of your RMV prepaid discount.
• View and download RMV line network plans and local line network plans.

Fix your app. I've paid every month for a subscription and randomly, without telling me, it stopped renewing. I try to renew and it just says error. Good one guys. I'm wondering if I should even bother emailing, since I'll get no response or someone telling me I should subscribe twice and wait for a refund lol. It's especially helpful that this happened at the start of the month.

Early Beta-alike experience. App crashes randomly when choosing PayPal as payment method. Does not remember my account, making it clumsier and slower to buy a ticket, when I'm just narrowly catching an S-Bahn in cold weather. UPDATE(2.4.2024): reduced rating from 3 to 2 stars, since the "show for inspection" page is simply blank. App restart does not change anything.

It doesn't work. I can't pay by credit card, it just keeps refreshing the screen. Then I tried to set up bank account transfer and it asks me to set up another account and then the login fails. And even more annoying is you can't enter your birthdate using your keypad, you have to sit there and tap a few hundred times at my age.
