Worked great first 2 years. Year 3 have had nothing but problems. App went down. Cold weather froze generator so it just flooded instead of starting. Power went out , had to go outside in a storm & manually start it after it flooded. Still not right after people came out to fix it. Cloud went down so I can't get reading on smart phone & can't update. Calling again to get setup on my phone. Had an appointment 2/15/24 , no show or call. Still paying for this generator. Very unhappy old lady!

Update: Most of what was goofy about this app has been fixed. My previous review was harsh and I'd like people to know that it is now much better. There are still some functions that don't work fully. For example, you can change the exercise schedule from the app but have to check the display on the generator to verify. This seems odd, but is only an inconvenience and once it is set you don't need to do it again.

It won't send me a code via email, as it reads it will in my cellphone app, to update my password to use the cellphone app. There is no option to send it to my cellphone so I can't try that way either. I can open it on my pc because the original pw is embedded. A 2 person crew was sent to my house, arriving hours earlier than scheduled, to re-connect to new wifi I had to install (a connector to my wifi in that area) after the generator install. They could not help get the app to communicate using my cellphone and when I need that password, I will not be able to find is since it is a series of dots still functional on my pc. As far as I know, the generator works fine. I can currently, since this appointment, see the details using my pc.
