I downloaded this app to try the free 7 days when I didn't like it I tried to cancel the subscription but it wasn't in my google play store. A payment then went out of my account. When I went back to look the subscription still wasn't there to cancel. I emailed the address on this app and got a reply saying it is an uncontactable address.

It's a joke. Everything says "we will be there for you"... Accept for when you need something. They keep bankers hours. Secondly it scans your contact list and tells you who you should contact to sell them their product, because they've been exposed. But my name is the highest in the list, but the app doesn't actually tell me anything about my exposures. Also the Facebook recovery advice is to read the information provided on Facebook, and is just as helpful as the information provided on FB.

They do not have 24/7 service! They did start a chat / email conversation ,but they have not replied to my last 4 emails/chats in 6 days and have left me hanging in limbo. Would like to change my review to 5 star but,,,,, They did finally get back to me unfortunately the damage had been done by this time
