Comments from a current officer:
"In 2006, I decided to change careers and enter the law enforcement field. I was 29 years old, 5'8", 260 lbs, and unable to complete the State Police PFT. I purchased your FBI Academy / PFT Prep Workout and ritualistically followed it 6 days a week for over six months. When I applied and tested for the State Police in Feb 2007, I received superior marks on all levels, and an excellent in the 1.5 mile run. I entered academy at 31 years old and 185 lbs and excelled though academy. So, thank you for everything you do for today's modern warrior."

Workouts prepared me well for my event. I didn't follow it religiously but increased my scores on my test by following it. I still do many of the workouts just to maintain a baseline. Shows examples of each move, if needed. Tracks your workout progress for each workout and through the program. Excellent app layout and excellent content.

Simple no nonsense interface. Does everything it should. There probably is some room for enhancement when it comes to saving and analyzing workout data, but that's not a requirement for what this app is designed to do.
