Just installed the app for the sole purpose of depositing a cheque with their Mobile Deposit feature. It cancels the attempt the moment I try to take a picture. tried several times, restarted the app, nothing works, except for the message: "Desjardins keeps crashing". Not impressed. Now I have to locate a rare ATM that accepts deposits in person.

My claim insurance is under investigation for one month and 10 days but has not yet been decided. Adjuster is useless, it felt like pushing rope to get my car repaired after no fault accident. The “section manager” attempted to use her title to intimidate me. The complainant department intentionally stalls the complaint process. Complete waste of money and most exhausting process ever.

Doesn't work on wifi. I can see my balance, and the various pages seems to load fine, until they get replaced with an error saying I have to be online to use this feature; including the page that gives me the phone number to contact support. I'm clearly not offline, as everything loads fine before I get the error. I can browse the site just fine too, and even receive 2FA notifications.
