This app will help you to calculate the weight or length of the selected metal in various forms. You can specify the length and get the weight of the metal, and Vice versa - you can specify the weight to get the length.
This calculator computes the metal in the two systems of measurement. In the metric system (millimeters, meters, kilograms) and measuring system of the U.S. (inches, feet).
There is a choice of many different metals, and forms:
Metals: Steel, Brass, Aluminum, Copper, Lead, Tin and more.
Shape: Round, Squares, Different pipes, Sheets, Beams and more.

Great app for estimating weights of jobs in the metal fabrication industry. The only thing it's missing is the option to choose the unit of measurement for length for round. At the moment you can only enter the length in metres but everything in the industry is measured in millimeters. It's a small inconvenience but a fix would make this app perfect

Good one, was looking for a app which do calculate metal weight of all sections. This could do the work to my satisfaction but don't know about the accuracy. Even I couldn't find the density input for diff material. May should be included.. 👍
