The "The Broker" application has everything required to succeed in the certification test for brokers of the Ministry of Justice: questions and answers, legislation, rulings, basic concepts in real estate, learning tips, help and clarifications and more.

How will the app help me succeed in the test?
- The application allows practicing tests in a real format for the certification of the registrar of brokers in Israel while meeting the required time.
- The application includes a pool of questions from various areas of law: in the law and regulations of real estate agents, real estate taxation, tenant protection laws, inheritance laws, contract laws, planning and construction laws, sales law, real estate laws, execution, real estate appraiser law and more).
- Questions from interesting legal situations from precedent rulings that will prepare you better for the test.

Does the app allow you to practice only specific topics?

Does the app allow you to view all the questions?
- Yes, you can view all the questions, answers and references in the database.
- You can also view only the questions, answers and references you chose to be tested on.
- There is also an option to view all the questions, answers and references on a specific field of law (for example: only contract law, or only tenant protection or only inheritance law, real estate, real estate taxation, planning and construction, etc.).

Does the application allow you to search for words in the question and answer database?
- Yes, you can search for words in the database of questions and answers, for example all the questions in a certain law and/or all the questions and answers in which a word from the real estate field is mentioned.
- There is also an option to set the order of appearance of the questions randomly, so that in each test the order of presentation of the answers will change.
Does it have basic concepts in real estate?
- Yes, in the application a database of basic concepts in real estate with detailed explanations, some of the concepts are asked in the certification exams.

Does the application have legislation?
- Yes, the application includes all the legislation database required for the certification test as required by the broker regulations.

Does the application have a ruling?
- Yes, the application includes precedent and leading judgments dealing with mediation, reading these judgments will help you better understand the material and legislation.

I am a lawyer, can I also be a broker?
- Yes, provided that you do not become a lawyer and a broker in the same transaction. Moreover, according to the ethics committee's decision A/89425, you will have to separate the management of accounts, letterhead, firm paper, business cards and it will be clear that every document in your additional occupation as a broker is signed as a broker and not as a lawyer.
