I would run from this company from my experience with the Customer service. I Had to call them 11 times today before I could get someone that knew what they were talking about everyone else just kept saying they could not help me and kept sending me back to the automated service line because either they are too lazy to do their job or they were not trained properly...i needed help adding internet and moving from one house to another .4 blocks away.why is that so complicated to get help with

This company has been taking off programing constantly. It's always in regards to money. I've been a subscriber for 6 years and they've cancelled a major network and now my only regional sports package. I'm seriously considering canceling this network. Today, they canceled all the ESPN channels too.

Dish is a joke they put out flyers saying 59.99 for 120 channles which includes locals movie pack free for 3 months the movie pack was junk i called to cancel the movie pack within a month the hallmark channles listed as part of the 120 now they want to charge for it they tried to charge 80 most of the 1st yr they have been nothing but liars and trouble im to the point im going to get rid of them they are the worst
