With Kango, book rides and babysitting from pre-screened drivers and sitters. All Kango drivers and sitters have at least 3 years of childcare experience, and have passed our comprehensive screening process (including fingerprinting, background checks and DMV checks) and training to ensure they can provide the best, safest service possible. You can even request your family's favorite drivers, or interview them in advance.

Kango supports one-time or recurring requests, and provides boosters or car seats as needed. Booking in advance is recommended. Kango is the only service that accepts same-day requests as well.

We’ll reach out to our pool of caregivers in your area and find the best person to fulfill your request. You can request your preferred driver(s) or meet one ahead of time.

3. Stay in touch every step of the way
Enjoy real-time updates from your driver or sitter or track their location in the app. Or call them directly.

exceptional service with amazing friendly and caring drivers to keep your kids safe especially when you can't help them commute with busy schedules. highly highly recommended. the UI could be improved a bit and made more intuitive with less clicks, but the service is of amazing value.

Filled out all of my information only to find out the app doesnt allow users in my area to book a driver but rather arrange a carpool with people in my contacts/groups that have ZERO people in them to begin with. Why not just ask for a zipcode prior to the signup portion or state what areas have access to specified app features. I'm looking for a ride not to become a dispatcher of sorts. Geesh!

We have used this for a week. The driver is great. The app is not. No help. No way to call kango, no real phone number for the driver. Regular driver cancelled & we were charged. I really just care about there not being ANY backup safety phone # or chat to kango. kango number online, it went to voicemail but hung up. What if there were an miscommunication which happens or a potential emergency that isnt 911 worthy? I tried to log in using myhusbands email but the app sees it as a new person
