Easy to pay, easy to fix errors and easy to navigate. My only issue is when you pay for one package from the app and you have to use the USSD option to fix a downgrade issue. Example is you pay for GoTV Plus and they renew on GOTV value instead.

Gotv have been a big problem to me😔. After paying for subscription 6 days later they disconnect😟 me telling me to pay again 😭😢😢 It only shows movie 1 and half week after subscription, is that not fraudulent, despite the fact that we get light once in a while the day we have lights you would bring E16- This is total nonsense fraud and a big problem. I think you should do something about it

Beware of GOTV, what they do now is to pend whatever subscription you made & make it looks like it's network error, only to post your payment on your due date in order not to lock you on the old payment. If contracted their customer care, all they'll say is that you failed to make payment before your due date. Look elsewhere for better choice.
