Just installed this app. Placed an order having #805328. I was finalising payment method but it showed error page and not done. When I checked my order status it is showing as placed. More than 60 minutes passed order status is remained same i.e. to confirm or delivery. When tried to cancel it says exceeding time limit for cancellation. Also made several attempts to call customer care but unsuccessful. Could anybody please tell me what to do with it?

This is a fraud company. Do not make advance payment by credit or debit card. They after receiving payment will never deliver medicine. Their help line will never respond to your telephone calls. I made two orders and paid in advance by credit card and I did not receive any orders. Do be very careful. Do not trust this company.

It is a good and convenient app where u can buy the meds at the Comfort of ur home. But, some medications are not available, and secondly, the names of medicines should be in alphabetical order in order to check them out easily and faster. 3rdly, u guys should add in some loyalty points, too. Just these 3 things and the rest is perfectly fine.
