I opened an account through a referral link a few days ago. I was supposed to receive the $30cash back after spending $30+ through the app, but it was never added to my account. For days, II've been trying to connect with a person to help with this issue, but the customer service seems automated. It keeps repeating the same requests. I oblige. Then it tells me that I was credited. I can't get any answers. The customer service phone number online just tells you to get help through the app.

Update: I have done what has been suggested several times and still an issue. In addition, while shopping on certain stores, especially Nike, majority of the items I want to look at do not load and show an error message. It doesn't happen when I look at the item on Nike app or browser so I know it's an app issue. I'm not sure what's changed but the app runs incredibly slow.

I couldn't get the app to work at all. The page kept freezing up, I couldn't refresh it, and I couldn't go back. I kept closing the page and trying to start over again. Update. I follow the directions given by the developers I uninstalled and reinstalled the app it still doesn't work. As far as I can see Rakuten is a waste of time. Once again I can't get this darn app to work. The screen freezes up no matter what I do. I would like to be able to earn the Rakuten money as well. What a crock!
