Rajasthan Sampark is an integrated platform for readressal of grievances related to delivery of Government services.
Key features of this application -
• Multiple channels of grievance registration – Toll Free Number, Portal, App, e-Mitra centers.
• Transparent disposal of grievances in a time bound manner
• Provision for checking real-time progress
• Mechanism for feedback from the complainant and for re-opening of grievance
• Dial 181 (Toll Free Number) to easily register grievances, check the status of lodged grievances and submit feedback.
• Option to register you feedback and rate the quality of the disposal of your grievance by concurrently using the ‘Dial 181’ service.

This is one of the worst app , as I file a complaint but when I try to check it's status , there is no response from the app , as it cannot login by my phone number , so I request to all the people who see this and give a minimum rating so if the gov notice this they can understand

DOIT should update this app as soon as possible. My GPS location can't be used in this app, kindly solve the issue. When one lodge a grievance, app doesn't confirm it. So one press the icon again and again, hence unfortunately many grievances have been lodged which is a burden for the Rajasthan Sampark Team. Please do some helpful.

In the new mobile, I downloaded the app, gave all permissions, but after that it is not working. Any help? Keeps saying 'Request failed. Try again". Doesn't respond even after many many attempts. 🤔
