Purely technical reasons can trigger the crash of the entire system, no single app. Android has a mechanism that faulty apps automatically terminated. Moreover, the developers have no influence on the removal of apps. This process is controlled by Google themselves. I'm sure that the money-check app you can just uninstall like any other app. :) If you still need help, please contact you with support.
