Several things need to be worked on. Appointments cannot be added to my calendar. I have Google, Samsung and Outlook. It will not propagate to any of them. There are no notifications. Not of an appointment. Not of a new prescription. Not of a message. Nothing. It seems to lack all of the advantages of having an app. Literally everything this app can do, can be done by email. Except I get a notification when I receive an email. So email is actually better.

Tried to sign in. After entering 4 of six characters, it flashed warning that there had been 5 incorrect attempts to log in, so it would do a five minute countdown before allowing another attempt. This is when there hadn't been any attempts, and only 4 of 6 characters were entered! I waited 5 and tried again with the same result. Is someone attacking your servers? Also, appointment check-in never works. I end up having to use their long form check in or waiting for an available window.

This is easily the most pos app I have ever used for medical events. It is overly intrusive with "security" questions, passwords, pins, and biometrics, all of which had to be setup, including phone numbers. It is simpler to just call your doctor and be on hold for who knows how long rather than deal with this garbage. I encourage all medical professionals to find a different solution.
