I'm only giving you two stars because your app use to work, but now I have such a problem depositing my check, why don't you allow the phone to turn on flashlight so the camera can take a good photo. I have a s10+ it's takes great photos but for some reason I'm constantly denied my deposit due to not a clear picture, I don't understand. Update 2-2-24.. still same issues nothing has changed.

The app was wonderful before you updated it. You completely broke it. It doesn't login, and if it does it takes over a minute. The information is frequently behind by hours. I can't trust what it says ever. There are 2 people who use my account and we rely heavily on the mobile app. If I can't have accurate information in a timely manner maybe I should just switch to a different credit union/bank altogether.

Edit: This latest release has really added some nice new features. I just got it installed, but it is a night and day difference from the old version to this one. A must have for banking with Arbor. The app was just good enough when they first launched it, but it just keeps getting better every time they update it. Now the app is quite robust. You can deposit checks via a photograph, you can pay bills, and transfer money between accounts easily. Well worth having if you bank with Arbor.
