About this app

DygiVib is an app that can save your rotating machinery.

You have a doubt about one equipment ? Connect the Dygit1 sensor or our dual channel USB conditioner Dygit2 (distributed by Dynae) in your tablet or smartphone and DygiVib will guide you in few steps to define the machine and its measurement points and to process the tests.

All is OK ? Just edit the table of levels.

A doubt ? Share the file with an expert from Dynae that will post process the raw data and send back the diagnosis.

Just set the desired duration of the measurement and DygiVib calculates many indicators in real time:
- Global speed level [2 Hz, 5 Hz, 10 Hz - 1000 Hz] in mm / s eff
- Overall acceleration level in g eff
- Peak signal peak level
- 1000 Hz spectrum in mm / s eff
- Acceleration spectrum in g eff

You will display the chosen indicators in real time but it is also possible to consult remaining data.

Il you have selected the ISO-10816 class of your equipment the levels will be automatically colored in green orange or red. All scalars indicators can be exported in CSV file and moreover you can share the database by mail.

Raw time signal is exported as DDA file what is the format used by the expert software DynamX® by Dynae.

It enables to post process the data to make a diagnosis of the main vibration cause.

IMPORTANT NOTE :
DygiVib works with :
- Dygit1, accelerometric sensor self-powered in USB by the smartphone or tablet.
- Dygit2, a two-way USB conditioner that allows to connect 2 existing classical sensors
The app will delivery false value without this sensor.

File format is DDA format only compatible with DynamX® software.

Contact Dynae (contact.dynae@eiffage.com) for more informations.

COMPATIBILITY:
Dygit01/Dygit02 sensors will only be recognized on devices with USB OnTheGo (OTG) functionality.
