The app is fine and functional. The rewards program is standard and average. I just wish that the actual restaurants had a way to scan the rewards codes which most do not. And whenever you mention the rewards to an employee, they give you a frown like you just insulted them. If you solely focus on the app functionality, it works. If you want to use the app in connection with this restaurant at the location or the drive-thru, forget it.

there hasn't been one time when I order in the app to pick up, that my order is ready when I arrive. If I pick up in the drive thru, they tell me to come in, even if I ordered way in advance. If I plan to pick-up inside, they don't start the order until you arrive. there's no incentive to use the app to pre order. This issue occurs at all locations that I patronize. Do better! This technology is effective at other restaurants.

Frustrating, at best. The app is super slow. It takes a good 15 minutes to complete an order... But I have to in order to get deal or collect or redeem points because "we don't have a scanner thing" at my local store. Once I'm finally able to place my order, they ask me to park and it takes another 15+ minutes to bring my order of 2 large sides out to me. The Spanish Fort, AL location needs some serious attention.
