“Screen ON” can prevent the smartphone from automatically turning off the screen in various ways.

Screen ON is the best screen timeout extender on the Google Play Store. Other similar apps are only partially functional, costly, or require cumbersome non-intuitive configuration settings. Screen ON is simple, direct, and a godsend for smartphone users whose devices don't provide a way to keep their device screens live for all the needs modern technology requires. This app is a five star one and a keeper. 👍

The only 'keep awake' app I've tried that actually works. It has flaws, like the 'while charging' option does not turn off the screen after you remove the charging cable. But the 'while USB connected' appears to work correctly: (USB connected = screen on indefinitely. Remove USB connection= screen off normally) I recommend this one, particularly if your work has locked your system settings and you can't change your screen time manually.

The only one I could find on the Playstore that's both still getting updates, and still works. After the latest Android 10 patch series, all the other stay awake apps stopped working. I was about to give up, then I saw this gem, hidden amongst the archaic relics that haven't been updated in years, and honestly should be purged from the playstore, so that workings apps like this one, that actually recieve updates, can be found more readily. Thanks for keeping your app up to date and working.
