The most frustrating part of my hiring process. The feature to upload documents myself was never available or an option. I emailed the support desk which wouldn't give me a reply for 1-2 days, I called the support hotline, which was voice automated and directed me back to the email option. According to my HR office, this is always an issue and employees have to contact them directly to have docs uploaded through them directly. I was finally able to reach someone via "chat" feature on website.

This is one of the worst apps I have ever used and, unfortunately, I am forced to use it by two of my employers. Evercheck is slow, clunky, inaccurate. I can't even see my certifications or licenses on the mobile app. At least, a third of the time it won't load. Customer service is terrible.

When you very livelihood depends on the system staying on point it is so important for the Company to keep improving the product. I really would love to be able to enter the card number and have it work right away, which is why I took a star away. I tried then had to take a picture. It took time to manually verify, to update my account. I like having the wallet so if human resource says Hay you are not up to date with your bls,acls, or pals I can pull up my app and show them I am good!!
