About this app

Axon View pairs with the Axon Flex, Axon Body, Body 2, and Body 3 on-officer video cameras from Axon Enterprises in order to enable advanced workflows and provide in-field viewing of recorded videos. This application allows the user to view a live stream from the camera for field of view adjustment, view a list of all the videos currently stored on the device and review those videos.

Just wanna say that I've been using the app for years with (so far) two different Axon camera systems, and I don't have any complaints. I do prefer the old UI that iOS currently has, but that's a minor gripe. I have no issues with connectivity, and video playback is seamless. ID prefix is an awesome tool, as is the new Axon 3 settings.

If you switch out of the app and come back to it, it freezes. It constantly says that it "failed to start scan for Wi-Fi", making it impossible to view your videos without shutting off your camera and closing the app. It still needs a function to memorize two cameras because pairing only intermittently works. Please fix this stuff. Labeling videos takes way too long.

This app is terrible. The app can't find the camera regardless of how many times it's put into pairing mode. I've restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and called the company and they were no help. Seems like it's a common problem. I've uninstalled it again with no intention of downloading it in the future. This review is for a galaxy s8 active.
