Had for years, worked okay. Recently got ripped off for the subscription. I was being billed for 15.99 a month, so they took 69.99, and are still trying to take from me an additional 15.99. Says in app that my subscription is expired. After taking 69.99 out of my account unauthorized, I don't see how it says it's expired. Tried reaching them, several attempts. No response.

Software just got updated and needs to set up the device again. Every update setting gets wiped out. It's super frustrating because I do not carry the needed qr code with me and now have to look for it. Update: Even with a qr code, the app is still not working. It's requires the stream to be decrypted but would not send a code to do so. What a nightmare of an application. So buggy and the company just doesn't care.

It used to work now it does not. I've had this camera for several years the app was working just fine until recently. I am not going to log in with social media or by creating an account. For what? Time to ditch this setup, and find another option for security. Over 4 years, now have to log into online for no legit purpose. Bye Ezvid. *Update 1/5/24: unless you actually sign up for an account you will never be able to use this device. NO 3rd party apps will work with this. NOT "EZ" at all!
