The old system was much better than this Tulee app. Transactions don't appear on the mobile app, much more complicated in printing the current transitions. I do not see any benefit of changing from old to new. When ever something is working, they change it for the worse. System should have been throughly tested before launching.

FIGFCU removed Zelle when switching to Tulee (a developer commented and said what they have is better, but I sent a payment with a relatives email and phone number, and over 24 hours later it's still pending. I guess I could get on board if it worked, but it obviously doesn't within the first week of being available), and the app is incredibly slow when clicking anything. it feels like we've gone back to 2009 in app design.

With our Send Money Tool you will be able to move money to anyone, anywhere in the U.S with just an email or mobile number. They do not have to belong to a specific network (unlike Zelle).

Everything I've had to do with this app is a pita. Sending money had me call into the contact center for a code. When I tried to send money to someone else later it canceled my transaction for no reason and apparently its a known issue because I again had to call in and ask what the issue was. I needed my account number and could only unveil it by loggin in on the browser. I love that the IVR advertises easy ordering for new checks but when I tried to go through the app it told me I couldnt.
