Do not, under any circumstances install this malware on your phone. I don't care if your company's IT requires it to access company resources. Tell them to provide you with company-owned device with a company-paid plan if they insist on you using this garbage software. Its aggressive and over-invasive services cause considerable performance and battery degradation. The permissions I was required to give this app essentially made my phone company property since they were able to access all parts of my phone and issue draconian policies. The worst part is, that even if your IT department gets a clue and decides to use something else, trying to remove this app from your phone will result in a complete memory wipe and reset to factory settings. I'm trying to reuse an old phone (since my current one is being repaired/replaced). This app was still on the phone from when my company used to use it, and getting this old phone back up to snuff was taking forever. I remembered this invasive malware being required years ago when I used this phone, so I went to uninstall it. In order to remove this virus, you have to go into the app and select the option to disable it. As soon as I pushed that button, it locked my phone without warning. The PIN that I've used on that phone for years no longer worked -- so maybe this is more than just malware, but is in fact ransomware. I tried every possible PIN I've used since I was 10 years old (and the correct PIN multiple times) until I was informed by my phone that I had one more attempt before a complete wipe. There was nothing I could do -- without any other way to unlock my phone, I had to try the PIN that I know I set on the phone (and all of my phones) to no avail. Now I'm stuck with a factory-reset phone, and I sure hope there weren't any important memories on there. IBM should have gone bankrupt and closed up shop back in the 80s. They deserve it.

It won't quit. It just won't quit. I had this app for work, but once I left my job I deleted it. Or at least I thought I did. Even after deletion, it still pops up. Since installation and subsequent deletion, my phone has also been acting up. I cannot for sure determine that this app is the culprit, but when issues arise after introducing a new variable, the correlation is pretty loud. My recommendation: don't install this app unless it's critical that you do so. Better safe than sorry.

App still sucks and developer appears to have no intent to fix it in the past 5 years. After all this time, the same issue still exists, even across 5 different phones. Does anybody actually check reviews and fix bugs? Constant push notifications regardless of me swiping them away, they come right back to tell me I have x appointments and x unread emails. As soon as I swipe them away they come right back, the only option is to snooze them. Fix please!
