Why can you not add something that sends notifications whenever your card is used. That's really what customers want from their bank apps. Push notifications don't actually work the way you think they will. Notifications about purchases or withdrawals, etc. do not work. Update: this app still doesn't do what I most need it to: notify me if purchases made, amounts, dates etc. Don't use first federal if you don't have to. Small time.

It's so very convenient to deposit all of our checks through the Internet. If I need to move money into our savings account after the deposit, it's very easy to do that as well. I do miss the interaction with bank personnel, but it's difficult to do so during this time anyway. Thank you for this convenience.

This app is horrible. I've had the app for about 3 years and have only been able to get into my account a couple of times. Keeps telling me to check my credentials when all of my credentials are correct.
