The most annoying thing is if you buy stuff from other countries, every time they'll block the charge, saying ohh we think its theft. Every, single, time..... very annoying... also Getting charged interested the last 4 months for no reason. I pay my statement balance or the entire balance and I'm still charged interested. It never carries over to the next month ever, and it will be $40-$100 in interest. Hasn't been that way all year tell now. Definitely going to stop using their cards

The app updates have led to a frustrating user experience. From freezing up when using fingerprint login, app closing out randomly on its own, and changes to pending transaction and balance updates, I'm considering changing banks. I had very little issues with the prior version. In today's world, having the luxury of banking on my phone is very valuable. Being frustrated every time I need to access the app is a huge bummer. Thanks.

The new app is a dud. I never had any issues with the old app. Now I cannot login with my fingerprint even though I have set it up multiple times in the new app. It just shows me a loading screen. When I log into my account with my password, it is much slower to pull up my account information and move between screens than the old app. Update 4/30: now I can't even log into the app using my pin or password. Keeps telling me to try again later or go to the website.
