Horribly inconsistent. Never know if app is going to work properly. Cross my fingers everytime I click on the app to use it. At least 50% of the time it says "An error occurred please call this number for assistance." Absolutely annoying. The developers of this app need to address this issue immediately, as it's been happening for some time now. Please fix this issue. Surely I'm not the only one who's experiencing this problem.

This app quit working on my Android phone after security update. So I changed Bank's , no buddy in the bank had no idea what was wrong I think it had security issues . I even Emailed you twice with no response and that's why I don't Bank there anymore plus other issues of them setting My debit card spending limit by overriding the debit card app not happy with that. Think it's not legal

The app works great on my old phone, but I had to replace that phone. The app will not open on my new phone. Redownloaded it twice. I get an message saying - "An error has occurred. Please call for assistance" - every time I try to open the app.
