I want to love this app. The voice work is rather decent, the interface needs a LOT of work.There are far too many "1 second" clips that appear to simply be used as buffers between selections. I use the app for Sleeping Gods and there are still important parts of the book missing, so it is NOT a perfect replacement for the book, you still need to refer to the book for further actions. I really wish they had a better UI/UX developer working on this. I struggle to enjoy using the app, and I fear m

app is clunky to use but the paid content is the biggest problem. I purchased the narration for Sleeping Gods: Distant Skies and I wish I hadn't. Decision trees are often not activated, results of an encounter are often not conveyed, and necessary instruction is not given. It is absolutely essential that you use the paper book to double check everything from the narration because otherwise you will miss significant content and gameplay. Save your time/money and skip forteller.

Great narration, but the app itself is bad. Playing Sleeping Gods with it misses a ton of details. It basically tries to set itself up to replace the Storybook but misses many key details like combat happening. If they can't fit all that in, then they should have just had basic narration for the passages instead of trying to guide automatically
