About this app

In My Fortum, you as a Fortum customer get a quick overview of your electricity use, your electricity contract and your invoices.

You can also update your contact details and choose how and when you want to receive your invoice, as well as easily move with your electricity contract if you are changing residence.

To be able to use the app, you need to be a customer of Fortum and create an account. You can do this easily by identifying yourself with mobile BankID. You can also choose to log in with mobile BankID, but then we cannot keep you logged in and you will have to log in every time. But in return, you don't have to remember usernames and passwords.

In the consumption view, you can see the history of your electricity use, either by year, month, week or day. To see usage per week, day or hour, you must have hourly metering. Contact customer service and you will get help.

You can also get an analysis of your electricity use by answering questions about your household. The information is used to compare electricity use with similar households and you can see how your household is doing. If you have been a customer with us for a long time, you will also be able to see what in your household uses the most electricity.

If you are a producer, you can also follow your excess production in the app.

Another function is that you can follow the electricity price, the so-called spot price, for the current day and tomorrow. You who have a variable electricity price can use it as support to control your electricity use to cheaper hours. You can also start a monitoring of upcoming spot prices delivered via push notifications.

If you have an unpaid bill, you can choose to pay it directly via Swish in the app.

After logging in to the app i did not expect to get a bunch of questions about household etc since I already have a contract. I repeat, after logging in! And were do I find the info about current price if I decide to freeze for 1 or two months? I had expected to find that and also be able to do that from "Mina Sidor" A lot of improvements to be made here both regarding the app and on "Mina Sidor" in general regardless if you use the app or a web browser.

Hi, completing the household profile is voluntary but it will give you some additional insights on the consumption screen of the app (similar household and estimated electricity use). If price is frozen, you should see the agreed price on Contract screen, it might not be the best place but at least is visible.

Perfect for Fortum customers. Hello, I'm enjoying this app since I become a Forum customer several years ago. Basically, I'm very much satisfied. Just 1 more suggestion. Can you add an option/menu for comparing electricity usage with similar size house/apartment. So that users know how much they are using (more or less than average) when it compared to similar/other group. I remember this was in the app before, but suddenly it's gone and I couldn't find it anymore. Thanks.

Shows lack of QA ans UX. Missing translation of api errors to user readable format. Cannot show more than a few days of data in the diagram. Apart from that it's a little less than what can expected from such a large company.
