An app that had major accessibility issues, now have become completely inaccessibile. Absolutely no interaction with Google TalkBack. Earlier, i could, after some experience, do basic tasks on the app. But now, right after the app is started up itself, there is no way one can navigate with TalkBack. Total disappointment, complete disaster. Hope someone from the tech team would reach out.

Worst experience, not able to login in the app. When click on app the first error message I get is "Sorry. We can't process your request right now. Try later". Getting this error from last many days. Called customer care many times, they don't have solution, spoke to senior team, no solution and they have asked me to send the pics of the error which I have done. Hope to receive some solution.

The latest update seems to have addressed some minor issues, but the app still lacks crucial features and has frustrating bugs. Not a smooth user experience yet. Unbelievably, UPI is not an option for credit card bill payments This is a major oversight in today's digital world. I tried netbanking, but after entering my HDFC credentials, I had to switch to messaging app to retrieve OTP and back, the app looped me back to the payment method selection screen providing no way to complete payment
