PLEASE fix the the game!!! I like it alot,. but it freezes and I can't continue playing. I have tried almost every thing but it just doesn't want to unfreeze and it really really annoys me please help please please.

I like the game, other than, 1 getting constantly kicked off the game, 2 advancing through the levels without getting the puzzle pieces, 3 not being able to contact customer support

You have clearly not given any attention to people's problems with this game. It is still freezing and it is very annoying.
