It's a damn good app with instructional videos built in. However, the biggest issue I consistently see is once I finished my training the app will bug out and not save my data. Reps, sets, and weight used all vanish once I hit the submit button in the ending comments section. Annoying to have to input all the info again by memory. Not a huge deal but it happens more often than not.

Love the app! The diet tab is great. Simple and macro focused. 💪🏼💪🏼🍑🍑 Some constructive criticisms (just quality of life suggestions): 1. Some workout notes are incomplete and can be hard to understand (ex. machine shoulder raises for half body is confusing). Some are missing rest intervals. 2. Raise volume on instruction videos (hard to hear in my earbuds at max vol). Video restarts when phone changes orientation, make continuous. 3. Can't figure out the timer still 🤣 Timer tutorial?

Love Eugene's content! Most clear-cut fitness content easily tailor-able to one's needs. One SERIOUS issue I encountered immediately, is the macro-counting is a bit glitchy. I cannot delete foods from my meal and I need to, since the glitch I immediately encountered was that the app duplicates the food I enter. Because of this it screws up my macro counting for that day. For the amount of money spent for lifetime access, a simple issue like this should be easily resolvable.
