This is your convenient tool to help simplify, add control and reach your vehicle’s full potential. Stay in touch and in command — whether you’re in your vehicle or out. Access helpful features like remote commands right on your home screen and even check the estimated fuel level or charge status of your electric vehicle.

Start by logging in with your Buick Account or OnStar username and password. Services are not available everywhere, and feature availability and functionality may vary by country. The myBuick mobile app* is supported on Android 9 and above and is only available in North America.

Remote Commands**
Your key fob is conveniently located on your home screen. You can lock and unlock your doors or warm up your car on a cold morning.

Vehicle Status*** / Schedule Service
Check your vehicle’s status to monitor fuel level, oil life, tire pressure and more, making it easy for you to stay on top of your vehicle’s health and schedule service with your participating Dealer without leaving the app.

I used to be able to use biometric login but now, all of a sudden I have to login manually and wait for an authentication code in an email. Also, every time I connect to the app it starts to "send a command" to my vehicle even when I don't initiate anything. And I still can't find where on the app I set it to allow biometric login (again). Please fix!

Out of nowhere, I'm logged out of it. I use this app everyday to turn on my car. When I tried to log back in, it went to the multi factor authentication page. But it's just a blank page. I told it to open it in Chrome and it still wasn't working. I cleared cache too. So now I can't use the services that I'm paying for monthly. Please fix this. Idk what else to do, except complain here. And call you guys about the problem

I used to love this app. Then it updated and now as soon as I log in it says to check out the new products and won't let me tap or look at anything. I'm extremely frustrated bc this was what I also used to schedule my oil changes and keep an eye on all of car's levels and give me a good notification without being in the vehicle to remember to schedule a service. Very frustrating!
