There’s a GoCatch for every moment, whether it’s your daily commute, a trip to the airport or a night out with friends, and we’re available Australia-wide. Book ahead with Advance Bookings – have a car waiting for you right when you need it most, day or night – from 30 minutes to 1 year in advance.

Requesting a GoCatch is simple:
- Open the GoCatch app and enter your destination.
- Choose from Economy, Premium, Taxi, Premium Taxi or Maxi.
- Tap Request to see the fare estimate and to choose your payment method.
- Confirm and you’ll see your driver’s arrival in real-time on the map, along with their picture, vehicle and contact details.
- Payment with GoCatch is easy. If you’re paying with Google Pay, PayPal or your saved credit/debit card in a GoCatch Economy, Premium, Taxi, Premium Taxi or Maxi, simply hop out at the end and it’ll be automatically paid for in-app. Taxi, Premium Taxi and Maxi also accept cash payments.
- Invoices are directly sent to your email.
- Rate your driver with a simple Thumbs Up or Thumbs Down and help us ensure we exceed your expectations.

If you need a quick and affordable ride for everyday trips, select Economy. Or if you are after an elevated experience with a luxury vehicle, select Premium - it’s great for those special events or date night.

App has generally worked as it should the various times I've used it over the past several years. Something basic that really needs to be addressed is allowing us to update credit card expiry dates. Currently you can only do this by adding a new card but the expired card remains on the payment method list (without the date visible, only last 4 digits of card number), so the old one could be selected inadvertently. No obvious way of deleting obsolete cards, either expired or closed accounts.

Shithouse . Trying to log in. Says password is incorrect although it is. Tried to reset password and it says option not available. Tried to log in through FB through the link on the app and that comes up with an error message. How can you possibly use the service if you can't access it. I gave it 1 star because zero stars wasn't an available option.

(update Sep2023) I gave gocatch another try recently when prebooking an airport ride (normal cost is about $50-$60) but they did the same trick, they didn't accept my booking, then they call and tell me no cabs available the night before but they can organise a personal car but it'll cost an extra $90-$100 (total cost about $160) i ended up using goblu (a new company with EVs that cost abt $40-$50 to get to the airport.. so gocatch.. you can take your dodgy tricks and go F urself.... Don't use!
