The app is broken. It freezes for a couple of seconds the moment I open it, won't load the library or my profile, does not launch games from within the app, and games can not sign in to it. I tried reinstalling it, clearing cache and data, using a VPN. Nothing works. Even the feedback option is not working anymore. I can't log in to any game, and I can't save my progress. I know for a fact that my phone is not the issue, it's brand new with decent specs and runs on Android 14.

Games suddenly won't open. Edited: it's been about a week, and nothing has changed. I've tried clearing cache, restarting phone, and deleting/reinstalling app, and nothing is working. Clearly, from the reviews, I'm not the only one with this issue. Deleting app if not fixed in a couple of days...what's the point of a game launcher that won't launch? Edit #2: there is no change. I have cleared cache, deleted and reinstalled, and my games are still not opening.

I agree with Molly Nepil on 2/8/24. My games have stopped launching in the app and look to not have the saved security attached. Searched for solutions, but I am afraid that I will lose my level within the games. 3 of which I have been playing for many, many years. I've had to start again because of a similar experience, and when you're spending cash, this is not cool!
