Ratings and reviews

No Support for Foreigners. We can't register to use the app with a US +1 phone number. Only four countries can register as of writing this; Benin, Cameroon, Gabon, & Togo. It makes accessibility very low for the people who would use it and pay the most in the app and to the company for offering the Uber-like service.

Frustrating experience in Cotonou. Not a single driver who knows how to use Google Maps and use the location shared via the gozem app. Once drivers accept the request, they call and then I need to somehow explain where I am; in most cases drivers get lost on the way, it takes several calls, etc. Very annoying. Gozem needs to train their drivers on how to use the app!
