Ratings and reviews

The app is now useless. I want to find something for click & collect, which used to be simple. Now, instead of 5 results to choose from, there are 400, which are all 3rd party sellers. I cannot see any way to filter them out on the app. This is my 4th abandoned purchase from B&Q.

I appreciate that everyone is doing the "Amazon" thing these days but please can you make a Filter for the search that let's you find an item that is held in stock? Example: I need an extension lead for a job today. I search for extension leads. 50 extension leads on offer and most of them aren't available in store. The same for many other things.

If I don't use the app for a month or so, it logs me out and I have to block a till while I log back in again. It's my phone - no one else uses it, so don't log me out. Or, just ask for a fingerprint or PIN. Vouchers - why don't they appear in the app? Should be really simple to find them (you do want us to use them, don't you?) but, instead, I have to search through emails to find a valid voucher. Again blocking the toll, if I can be bothered. Sort it out B&Q!
