The app takes ages to connect to the robot, the mapping option is horribly long and tedious, and it is necessary to run the option more than once per room. The No-go zones are not respected. The robot is unable to charge itself, because after a while it switch itself off, so you have to manually switch it back on every 15-20 minutes. The product is good, as some other people are mentioning, does a good job, fast and efficient, but the app sucks big time.

I haven't found any method to get out of an error that interrupts a program (x-plorer 60). If there is one, I would ask you to display it somewhere. I had to reset the robot and download and install the application again, but this solution is not ok.

The most terrible thing with this app is that i set a few programs for the robot (x-plorer 120 ai) to work on while we're not home, but it won't start cleaning. I get the message that the robot is scheduled to clean a certain area in 10 minutes but then it won't actually start cleaning. So frustrating, a robot that is supposed to give me time to do other things while it cleans, makes me lose time to always check on the app to see if it started and eventually starting it manually.
