How we’ll contact you
Using our app won’t affect how we contact you. Our emails will address you by your title and surname, and include the last four digits of your account number, or the last three digits of your postcode. Any text messages we send you will come from BANKOFSCOT. Be aware of any message that differs from this – it could be a scam.

Transaction confirmations don't work! If I try to make a card payment, the approval screen only appears if the app is NOT already open when I make the payment. And for this latest payment it's sending push messages asking me to confirm if the transaction is genuine, but the message leads... nowhere. And there's nowhere on the app to 'find' this screen either, so I'm stuck in a pointless loop where the transaction gets declined EVEN THO I've approved it (?!), and I can't confirm it to try again

It's OK app but I think there should be a zoom option for to log in with people with sight problems that they need to see the letters clearly. I find it hard when I got to type 8 as it looks like 6. 5 looks like 6. A zoom function will be ideal for me with those numbers. Just think letters and numbers are a bit small. Like checking my direct debit payments coming up etc.

I'm editing my review as it seems that the technical team has done a great job on sorting out the issue with the bank application. Thank you so much for your support👏... (I used this app on the same phone since long time and it was working nicely, yet since last update I'm not able to use it anymore. It keeps saying (bug report!!), and just closing on its own. I had been advised to uninstall and reinstall but with no response! This is so frustrating... Please help in sorting it out. Thank you.
