The experience when purchasing the ticket now is very annoying and dissappointing. Often after we have selected the tickets and foods, during the payment method selection onwards, our transaction gets reset and we have to redo again from the start. Please help to fix!

Really worst apps. I tried to buy tickets five times but failed due to an unsuccessful transaction. I closed this app for a while to obtain an OTP credit card no. But this apps immediately show "unsuccessful transaction". I have to go directly to the cinema to purchase tickets.

The only problem with me during the payment process. I need to authorized the payment in my banking apps, as I return to the gsc apps, the payment automatically cancelled itself. Eventhough the bank have aoproved it. I tried credit card, on9 banking, all result still same. Very dissappointed.
