Ratings and reviews

Hi guys. I already tried it on mail but no reaction so I give it a try here too. Since the last big update a few weeks ago the downloaded podcast section is completely useless. You can buffer any episode you like and get the same result: playback won't start at all when there is no data connection. Please fix the offline playback of downloaded episodes or remove the function as it is completely useless since weeks. Really wondering why nobody seems to have the same issue. Overall great job guys!

I thought it could not get worse but the most recent update convinced me otherwise. Every time I start the app I'm asked to log in again. Once I do, I end up in the same place: Do want to continue with ads , or without? If without, do you want to start a paid subscription? I already have one, so I log in... and I'm back at square one. Who at Das Handelsblatt is interested in providing a good customer experience? No, I do NOT want to receive ANY notifications from the app. That's my decision.

The app was great, but after reinstalling with a new phone, my subscription is somehow not registered anymore. It should still be active and shows as much on the profile page of the website. It's a shame, I was testing it and wanted to extend the subscription, but definitely not if this is what I have to deal with :(
