About this app

The SED TEZIS mobile application is a tool for accessing the system from anywhere in the world and from any mobile device. Offline mode of operation provides the ability to manage the processes of the enterprise even in the absence of access to the Internet.

Mobile application allows you to:
    • Set tasks for employees and monitor their implementation;
    • Work with documents and agreements of the system: create them, coordinate, approve, conduct familiarization and discussion of any issues related to them;
    • Organize meetings: invite participants, appoint speakers, arrange agendas and coordinate them;
    • Work with both standard system processes and processes created in the process designer;
    • Receive notifications about the need to perform an action in the system and informational notifications about changes in documents;
    • Sign documents using CryptoPRO ES;
    • Log in using the Touch ID / Fingerprint and the QR code.
