My app does not work I cannot order ahead now I do not get points anymore when I reload. Sorry I'm back to Starbucks to bad I would rather use you guys.

app is broken. It took my funds but does not allow me to access my wallet. even trying to order something through the app doesn't work and it just says "error occured". yet the funds have been removed from my credit card.
