My tablet has Android 5.1.1 so I cannot use the app on my it. But I created an account & have previously placed an order using Chrome browser. However, I installed the app on my phone & when I try to log in it says my email doesn't exist in their system. Yet, I can immediately log in on the browser w/ no problem. Therefore, the app is totally USELESS! UNINSTALLED! UPDATE: Tried app again & cannot log in but using browser it's fine. HO app developers apparently don't care if users can't log in.

So buggy. It crashes when you try to open the app. The day it did not crash I filled out the form and then it said "no internet connection". All my other apps had no issues with the internet. When I was able to submit the form it crashed. So I decided to try on another day. Today the app crashes as soon as you try to open it. How can anyone release such a buggy app?

Verification is not working after having an option of either activation via mobile or email, but would insist you in activating it via email. It also says resend activation via app but the app doesn't have any option to send it to you. Plus registration is a pain for the birthdate part since you have to get manually go back to your year instead of allowing users to input their birthday just by typing it.
