I started to do exercise (108 times, gymnastics, diet) for health, I made it as necessary.
Those who start to exercise will be able to exercise comfortably.

The time for one-time exercise is set to 9 seconds by default. You can increase or decrease the time depending on the exercise method / speed.
And the number of exercises is set to 108 times. If you set the number of exercises (100, 108, 150, 200, etc.), the set number of times will be raised by default when you next run.
If you want to continue after a certain number of exercises, you can continue to exercise as often as you need by pressing the [Continue] button.

 - The number of beeps and the number of exercises (default 108 times) every fixed time (default 9 seconds)
 - Exercise time (seconds), change of exercise plan number
 - Continue and reset function after stopping the movement for a while
 - Continue after completion of exercise planning
 - Screen off prevention function during exercise (On / Off)
 - Allows selection of exercise alert sounds (6 types) and end of exercise sounds (6 types).
 - Automatic stop function when a call comes in during exercise
