fingerprint authentication please... ur main banking app has that implemented, u must have fingerprint auth in mobile app. when network connection is not good, it will fully disconnect the entire app and force you to login again.. thats not good logic. + the fact u need to retype ur pass.. makes it inconvenient. a better way is to display network connection loss, no updates to prices/grey out the interface to indicate network connection loss, and then white it again once reconnected.

It doesnt even deserve 1 STAR Lagging most of the time, cannot login, connection time out, delayed time, very POOR support from hong leong investment team. Avoid using this app at all costs. There are better, stable and reliable app by other IBs. Been using Hle for years. It is getting from mediocre to worst. Very frustrated with the service. Already marching towards 2021, hong leong investment bank still providing such a low class app and service to its clients. Very upset and angry. Lousy app

The app automatically logs out too soon. Re-login sometimes needs to be done two times or more to be successful. What a pain! Lousy app.
