Ratings and reviews

This app is useless. If you want to watch a specific movie and even pay for tickets with the app, you click the "show time" button, but it keeps redirecting to the cinema places list in a loop! Oh and also, absolutely not foreigner friendly, because all notifications about promotions (I guess) are in Thai.

Possibly the single worst app I have ever used. Booked online and while there was no problem in taking payment, absolutely no confirmation I had booked was present on the app. I also wasn't sent an email. Cue arguing at the kiosk and having to show proof I paid already. Go to SF instead.

UI and purchasing process is smooth but the log in system need serious rethinking and provement. Log in through FB - barred, then I log in by email, after reseting password - telling u membership "expried" without instruction how to renew. Trying different ways but just cannot freaking log in. Please help review your translation and function of login progress. Thank you.
