Shiny, lovely interface .. full of features and it LOVES TO CRASH .. no matter how I reset the factory settings, hard reset, I even turned it back to who sold it to me who changed the hardware of the camera socket and no use .. issues are: Crashing randomly. Randomly black screen if opened when screen is locked. I spend minutes capturing videos of my kids and then they're not saved! I thought Nokia will get back to be great again but it seems they will never rise again.

Ever since the update rolled out in order to fix the camera crashing glitch, my phone has been unable to take Night Mode photos. The camera would take the photo and the app would freeze, while the photo was "processing". It would never be processed, even after 5 minutes of waiting. I would then have to exit the camera app, and a prompt would pop up saying "Failed Capture". The update seems to have rendered the Night Mode utterly useless. Please fix this as soon as possible.

Yup, still bad. Mostly when taking pictures it freezes and after 10 secods it captures a damn photo 10 seconds late! When capturing a video it crashes saying unable to capture video. Don't tell me it's because it's not updated or full storage bs because it is not. The phone doesn't even let third party apps acces the triple rear camera. It's fine if the camera is reliable but it isn't. Same as always, it lags, it freezes, both taking a picture or opening it up.
