ACTIVATE THE APP
1. Download the ABN AMRO Creditcard app on your device.
2. Enter your credit card details and address.
3. Enter the verification codes you’ll receive by email and SMS.
4. Choose your 5-digit access code.

It's 2024, yet you cant make payments to your cards between 10.30pm and 3am? All of this is supposed to be automated, why this stupid limitation? This is not 1998. Basic app, horrible service and system. This is not a system you can count on. Also, support for Apple pay, but not Android/Google Wallet? Very outdated.

De Card werkt 24/7. Wordt het saldo aangevuld met iDEAL? Dan gaat het geld niet rechtstreeks van betaler naar ontvanger, maar wordt de garantie gegeven dat het geld er aan komt. De betaling kan daarom worden verwerkt, behalve in onze nachtverwerking van o.a. de echte bedragen. Nieuwe betaalmogelijkheden zijn lastiger dan bij bankpassen. Groet, ICS

Was this app developed in 2010? Why is there no notification to approve payment? Who thought it made sense to perform 5 clicks before approving a payment, not to mention to type the pin twice!

Won't send me a code to authenticate my login. UPDATE: A month after I posted this review I rang the customer service line (before I saw the reply on this review). After a 20 min wait a very helpful person was able to sort the error out. My email address had been recorded incorrectly. The app is now working fine. It often crashes when I am trying to login to authorise payments but there is a work around (if you click 'opdracht goedkeuren' instead of 'inloggen' you can then login.)
